Sandeep Agrawal
The Chairman and Managing Director of Kushal Limited is Sandeep Agrawal. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the Gujarat University and a total professional and business experience of more than 25 years. His area of specialisation includes understanding of trading as a global business, finance, human capital management, embracing change and looking after the shareholder interests and providing overall leadership and direction to the Company.
Manoj Agrawal
Manoj Agrawal has a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Gujarat University and decades of practical, in-depth and diversified knowledge, which can only be acquired by rolling up one’s sleeves and working on the ground. He has over 30 years of professional experience and expertise in the business of manufacturing, finance, logistics and trading. He is part of the Promoter Group of the Company.
Kushal Agrawal
Kushal Agrawal holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Ahmedabad University and a Master of Science degree from University of Leeds, UK. After completing his education, he joined the family business and has played a keyrole in implementing international best practises & processes, financial management and optimizing business procedures, specially in construction. Kushal is also the author of the book ‘A Study investigating the factors that cause delays and cost overruns in construction projects in India’ published by Anchor Academic Publishing, a well known publication house in Germany.
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS
Dharmendra Bhuchhada has been an Independent Director in the Company since January 2013. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Science (BSc) from Gujarat University, following which he completed his LLB, also from Gujarat University. He has over a decade of experience serving as an Advocate and as a specialist consultant in Labour Laws. He brings in a wealth of legal experience to the team and represents the company in case of law suits filed against or on behalf of our subsidiaries or the company.
Kavita Tejaskumar Shah has been an Independent Director in the Company since January 2013. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Sikkim-Manipal University. She completed her MBA in Finance from the same university, and has also completed a course in Insurance from the IRDAI and the ICA course from the ICA Institute. She has a professional experience of around a decade in the field of Finance, Accountancy and Administration.
Anil Soni has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of the company since November 2016. He holds multiple professional degrees and certifications such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), MBA (Finance & Marketing), apart from a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. He is an Independent Financial Consultant providing various financial expertise in the areas of Project Finance, Trade Finance, Debt Syndication, Credit Consulting and Investment Advisory. He brings to the company a comprehensive and robust understanding in the field of Financial Management.
